1. Are you a factory or a trading company?
We are a factory specialized in manufacturing luxury hotel and restaurant furniture.
2. What are the payment terms?
30% deposit before production, 70% balance before shipping. Lead time is 35 days. We accept T/T and L/C at sight.
3. Do you produce customized furniture?
Yes, customized furniture is the main part of our business. If you are furnishing a new hotel or restaurant, it is a great choice to cooperate with us.
4. Can we place a sample order?
Yes, you can. The sample price is usually twice the normal price and will be credited toward your subsequent bulk order.
5. Can you arrange delivery to my door?
Yes, we can. You do not need to worry if you are not familiar with logistics, we can handle it for you.
6. What certifications do your factory and products have?
