| Component | Description |
|---|---|
| Swinging Lip | Lip is a very important part connecting the truck and dock leveler. We use steel material from Baosteel with a single plate 16mm thickness, which offers superior strength compared to standard Chinese double welding plates. |
| Hinge Connection | The hinge and hinge sleeve are connected with the motherboard via keel welding. The surface of the connecting shaft hinge is electroplated to ensure smooth operation and noise reduction. |
| Support Profile | We use 11 pieces of L profile support. Compared to other suppliers who use 3-4 pieces, our design ensures significantly higher durability and quality. |
| Hydraulic Unit | The hydraulic pump is integrated with the oil tank to save space and simplify maintenance. |
| Security Block | In case of accidental moving of the truck, the dock leveller will be blocked with a short stroke (according to the applied weight). |
| Control Box | IP65-rated control box featuring a monitor screen that displays usage cycles and DTCs (Diagnostic Trouble Codes), with a split control system. |
