Technical Specifications
Door Material A40 Galvanized steel or galvanealed. Heavy Duty SDI Level 2 (1.1 mm 18-Gauge) for face sheets; 1.4 mm 16-Gauge for frame.
Door Core Honeycomb Core, Polystyrene Core, Mineral Fireboard, or Rock Wool.
Door Thickness 1-3/4 inch (44.5 mm) Standard.
Handing Non-Handed Design; Reversible Hinge Plates.
Standard Sizes Single: up to 4'0" x 8'0" (1220 x 2440 mm); Double: up to 8'0" x 8'0" (2400 x 2400 mm). Custom sizes available.
Edges Square Hinge and Lock Edges (Beveled available); Full Height Epoxy Filled Mechanical Interlock Edges.
Reinforcements Heavy Gauge steel for Door Closer, Hinges, and Lock Reinforcements.
Finish Gray Primer / Finish Paint / Powder Coating / Wood Grain Finished.
Fire Rating Optional (with fire glass) - FM/WHI/UL up to 1.5 Hours; Positive Pressure and "S" Smoke included.
Vision Lite 18-Gauge Steel Frame; 5" x 20" standard size; 6.8 mm Fire-Rated Wire Glass.

Can different colors and models be mixed in one order?
Yes, mixed colors and models are acceptable. For a 20GP or 40HQ container, we suggest mixing 3-6 different models.
Can you produce doors according to our custom drawings?
Yes, we can. Customers should send the drawings for an initial check, after which we will provide a technical drawing for production approval.
What is the policy for samples?
Small samples are offered free of charge. For complete doors, a cost will be charged based on the actual situation, which is refundable upon placing a bulk order.
What is the typical delivery time and ordering process?
Delivery time is approximately 20-35 days. The process includes technical specification confirmation, invoice and drawing approval, a 50% deposit to start production, and final balance collection after video/picture inspection.
Do you maintain stock for immediate purchase?
We stock American standard hollow metal doors and frames. However, most project orders are customized by size, color, lock type, and materials to meet specific project schedules.
Do you offer specialized overseas services?
Yes, we provide specialized services including overseas installation support.
