Anti climb fence/Security fence/358 fence
Anti climb fence is a simple but strong enough and high security Panel fence. It mainly include anti climb mesh panels and steel post. The spacing of horizontal wire is 12.7mm, and spacing of vertical wire is 76.2mm, the wire thickness is 4mm, in inch it is 1/2", 3", and 8 gauge, so we also call it 358 fence. The mesh panel have some upgraded type now, they are more strong, and nice looking. First is 3D anti climb mesh panel, there are several curves on the panel based on the height of the panel to make it stronger. The second is 2D-plus anti climb fence panel, there are additional horizontal wire every 11 vertical spacing, to make it more flat and stronger. The third type is corromesh anti climb fence, the whole panel is curved like the wave, it is beautiful and more expensive. Thin wire is available to weld 358 fence panels, in order to economic purpose.
For the surface treatment of the panels we use electrostatic spray or PVC dipped coating. For the post, we usually use 5 types of post, SHS/RHS post, IPE post, I post and flat bar with C post, and we use galvanized then do electrostatic spray.
A 358 security fence, commonly known as an anti-climb fence, is a high-security welded mesh panel system. The name "358" comes from its traditional imperial measurements: 3" x 0.5" mesh opening size, and 8-gauge wire diameter (which translates to approximately 76.2mm x 12.7mm mesh spacing with a 4mm wire thickness).
Why is it called an "anti-climb" fence?
The horizontal and vertical wire spacing is extremely tight (12.7mm x 76.2mm), making it virtually impossible for intruders to get a finger or toe hold to climb over. Additionally, the structure makes it extremely difficult to cut using conventional hand tools.
What is the difference between 2D Plus and 3D Plus panels?
2D Plus panels feature additional horizontal reinforcing wires at set intervals to keep the panel flat and exceptionally strong. 3D Plus panels incorporate V-shaped curves (rigid folds) along the height of the panel to increase structural rigidity and aesthetic appeal.
What surface treatments are available for corrosion protection?
